Refund Policy

We want you to love your PranaVeda experience. If something isn't right, we're here to help. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which we offer refunds for subscriptions, one-time purchases, and related services. This policy is part of and subject to our Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

Refunds are not available for subscription periods where you have actively used the service (logged in and attended or streamed classes) for more than 50% of the billing period, except as outlined above.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at billing@pranaveda.com with the subject line "Refund Request."
  2. Include your account email, the date of the charge, and the reason for the refund.
  3. Attach any supporting documentation (such as a screenshot of a duplicate charge) if applicable.
  4. Our team will review your request within 2 business days and respond via email.

Alternatively, you can submit a refund request through your account settings under Billing β†’ Request Refund. If your request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

3. Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, the timeline for the funds to appear in your account depends on your payment method:
