We want you to love your PranaVeda experience. If something isn't right, we're here to help. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which we offer refunds for subscriptions, one-time purchases, and related services. This policy is part of and subject to our Terms of Service.
1. Eligibility
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
- Free Trial Charge: If you were charged after a free trial because you forgot to cancel, you are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 7 calendar days of the charge date. We understand life gets busy β this is our goodwill guarantee.
- First-Time Subscription: New subscribers who are unsatisfied with the service may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of their first paid subscription date, no questions asked.
- Service Interruption: If our platform experiences a significant outage (more than 24 consecutive hours) that prevents you from accessing classes, you may request a prorated refund or subscription extension for the affected period.
- Duplicate Charge: If you were billed twice for the same subscription period due to a billing error, we will refund the duplicate charge in full immediately.
- One-Time Purchases: Workshops, event passes, and other one-time purchases are refundable up to 48 hours before the scheduled event date. After that, no refund is available unless we cancel the event.
Refunds are not available for subscription periods where you have actively used the service (logged in and attended or streamed classes) for more than 50% of the billing period, except as outlined above.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Email us at billing@pranaveda.com with the subject line "Refund Request."
- Include your account email, the date of the charge, and the reason for the refund.
- Attach any supporting documentation (such as a screenshot of a duplicate charge) if applicable.
- Our team will review your request within 2 business days and respond via email.
Alternatively, you can submit a refund request through your account settings under Billing β Request Refund. If your request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
3. Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, the timeline for the funds to appear in your account depends on your payment method:

If you have not received your refund after the expected timeframe, please contact your bank or payment provider first, then reach out to us at billing@pranaveda.com if the issue persists. We will provide any transaction reference numbers you need to trace the payment.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Expired free trials: Charges incurred after a free trial has ended and you continued using the service beyond the 7-day goodwill window.
- Renewal charges: Automatic renewal charges for subscriptions beyond your first billing cycle, unless there was a billing error or service interruption as defined in Section 1.
- Past workshops and events: One-time purchases for events that have already taken place.
- Gift cards and promotional credits: These have no cash value and are non-refundable.
- Account downgrades: No refund is provided for the price difference when switching from a higher to a lower tier mid-cycle.
- Suspended accounts: Accounts suspended due to Terms of Service violations are not eligible for refunds.
We encourage you to try our free trial before committing to a paid plan. This ensures the service meets your expectations before any financial commitment.
